Get the Supportscribe Zendesk Talk transcription app from the Zendesk marketplace, and install it to your account.
The Zendesk app will add a trigger and a HTTP target (webhook) that will tell us when you get a new call to transcribe.
Go to the app marketplaceSign into Supportscribe with your Zendesk account.
We need you to sign in so that we can attach transcripts as new private comments in your tickets.
